If you are seeking a donation from Falk's, please:

2) Fill out the form

3) Fax it to  218-740-3021 at least 15 days before your event

All donation requests are carefully considered within our Marketing Management Department.  Donations will be considered until the budget is exhausted.  We prefer to support charitable / non-profit events, however we will consider each and every request received.
